Warranty Terms & Conditions – OrderDaraz.pk

At OrderDaraz.pk, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell.
Our Warranty Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction for every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects or product damage upon delivery.

  • Incorrect product sent due to packaging or shipping errors.

  • Non-functional items received at the time of delivery (for example, devices or electric beauty tools).

Please note: Warranty coverage depends on the product type and manufacturer’s policy. Not all items are covered under warranty.

 2. Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • Opened or used health, beauty, or medicine-related products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.

  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear or expired shelf life.

  • Any product purchased from sources other than OrderDaraz.pk.

3. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period (if applicable) varies by product and brand.

  • Warranty information is mentioned on the product page or packaging.

  • For eligible items, warranty claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim a warranty or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team via Email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your Order Number, Product Name, and a clear photo/video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement, repair, or store credit, as per product policy.

5. Replacement & Refund Terms

  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after claim approval.

  • Shipping and handling fees may not be refundable in certain cases.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We source all our products from verified suppliers and manufacturers to ensure authenticity and quality.
Each product is checked and securely packed before dispatch.
